Bitbull Technologies provides the following technology services:

  • Web Development using Laravel, CodeIgniter, and other PHP frameworks
  • Mobile App Development using Flutter and other technologies
  • E-Commerce Solutions including Magento, Bagisto, and Quick-Commerce grocery solutions
  • AI Agent Development and automation solutions
  • College Management Software development
  • Server Administration and Cloud Solutions on AWS, DigitalOcean, Google Cloud, and Linode
  • REST API Development and integration services
  • 24/7 hosting support and maintenance services

3. Payment Terms

Payment Methods

We accept payments through the following methods:

  • Razorpay Payment Gateway: Secure online payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets
  • Direct Bank Transfer: NEFT, RTGS, and IMPS transfers directly to our bank account

Payment Processing Terms

  • Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements
  • Invoices are payable within the timeframe specified in the project contract
  • Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the agreement
  • We accept payments in Indian Rupees (INR) and other currencies as agreed
  • Bank transfer details will be provided upon invoice generation
  • Payment confirmations are required for work commencement

4. Project Terms

  • All projects require a signed agreement or statement of work
  • Project scope, timeline, and deliverables will be clearly defined in the agreement
  • Client is responsible for providing accurate requirements and necessary materials
  • We reserve the right to request additional payment for scope changes
  • Intellectual property rights will be transferred upon full payment completion
  • We maintain confidentiality of all client information and project details

5. Service Level Agreement

Support and Maintenance

  • 24/7 support is provided for hosting and server administration services
  • Response time for critical issues: 2 hours
  • Response time for non-critical issues: 24 hours
  • Regular maintenance and updates included in hosting packages
  • Backup services provided for all hosted applications

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All custom-developed code and applications remain the property of Bitbull Technologies until full payment is received
  • Upon full payment, intellectual property rights transfer to the client
  • We retain the right to use general methodologies and frameworks developed for multiple clients
  • Client is responsible for ensuring they have rights to all materials provided to us
  • We respect third-party intellectual property and expect clients to do the same

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bitbull Technologies shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages exceeding the total amount paid for the specific service
  • Issues arising from third-party services or integrations
  • Client's failure to follow our recommendations or best practices

8. Data Protection and Privacy

  • We implement appropriate security measures to protect client data
  • Client data is used only for the purpose of providing agreed services
  • We comply with applicable data protection laws and regulations
  • Regular backups are maintained for all hosted applications
  • Detailed privacy policy is available separately on our website

9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice
  • Immediate termination may occur for breach of contract or non-payment
  • Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due
  • Data migration assistance is provided for a reasonable fee
  • Intellectual property transfer occurs upon final payment settlement

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mohali, Punjab, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
